Terms and Conditions of the Draw:
1. This promotion is valid from February 1, 2011 until January 31, 2012 with a quarterly drawing.
2. No employees from Rain Forest Adventures, their family members, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may participate. Promotion valid where legal.
3. There is no purchase necessary. Only one online registration is accepted per person.
4. To register for this free quarterly drawing, you must sign up in our website or become a fan of us on Facebook.
5. Once registered, you will participate in the drawing every four months. Each person may win once.
6. Each draw will take place every four months and randomly select a winner before an independent oversight group. Winners will be notified by email within 20 (twenty) days, counted from the draw date. After sending the email, we will send the prize to the address entered upon registration. Winners must cover shipping costs.
7. The quarterly prize item is an Ipad.
8. No other alternative prizes are available.
9. In case of dispute, the promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be admitted.
